1. Treasury Report. Bank balance is $ 3226.57. (patty?)

2. "Bank on San Francisco " presentation by Leigh Phillips. Low cost banking options with reduced documentation requirements. City Treasurer's Office is coordinating. We will explore assisting implementation in the Excelsior.

3. Presentations and question and answer session with the three candidates for Superior Court Seat #12: Mary Mallen, Gerardo Sandoval and Thomas Mellon.

4. Election for officers and board of EDIA. Jean Carroll requested her name be withdrawn from nomination because of job requirements. Otherwise all nominees elected without opposition. Installation of officers for the June 2008 – May 2009 term will occur at the June 24 meeting:

5. Discussion of SFMTA Transit Effectiveness Project, May 17 community workshop and proposed Muni route changes focused on the Excelsior. Moved and unanimously carried that EDIA write a letter of support for the proposed changes as pertains to our district.
